	Jay Kowalski came to Grace Church in June of 2005. He was born in New Jersey, but grew up in Fort Myers, Florida. He attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach where he was awarded a BS degree in Behavioral Science. Jay then attended Duke Divinity School were he received a Master of Divinity degree. He has served churches in Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Naples. He was the founding pastor of the Singles Congregation at Christ Church in Fort Lauderdale and has also served as both a campus minister and a urban minister.		Tom Derrough was born in Gainesville, Florida and grew up in Melbourne, Florida. He attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Sensing an urging from God to enter full-time ministry Tom attended the Candler School of Theology and was awarded an M. Div degree. Tom was ordained in 1975 and has served several congregations in Florida. Most importantly, though, he is a wayward soul saved by Grace.
